I found this great idea on countryliving.com and thought I would share it! I might have to consider it for all my jewlery :)!

The Ying-Yang Twins
So, I found this great, brand new LL Bean dog bed at a YS yesterday (the cover was still in the wrapper!) and I brought it home for the boys. They were a little reluctant, but after we all settled down last night, I found this...
They are always tired on the weekends. However, I'm sure Duke was especially tired because earlier that day he found the entire bag of tennis balls we had stashed away in the shed (we call it Duke cocaine). We were busy painting when we looked out and saw this...

Yes, that's him realzing he just got caught! That boy gets into everything! We don't know what we are going to do with him...
I hope everyone's having a happy Sunday! More posting tomorrow :)!

Saturday Steals!
Another great day for junkin'! Not sure what I'm going to do with all this stuff, but you have to buy it when you see it! So what did I get today you ask? All kinds of cool things...
Several baskets. A black one and two metal ones! I love, love baskets, especially neat ones!
A black magazine rack. I'm thinking this might be sprayed white and put in the bathroom, but we'll see.
A white plate. I just like the way this looked. I think it's a charger, but I thought it would be great matched up with my new mantle decor...
A cute stool. My mom has a couple just like these and I think they are adorable :).

Some seashell pictures. These were a steal at $2.50 for the set! I love the wooden frames, very rustic.
A cool sepia tone picture of the Angel Oak in Charleston. It will be great framed and put in my future office :).
2 odd looking black metal holy vases. Not sure what to do with these, but again I thought they would be cute white, but we'll see.
2 wire thinga-ma-jigs. I saw them from a distance and thought they were planters, but the guy at the flea market told me they were used as mule muzzles? Not sure if that's the truth, but it makes a good story (and I bet they can be used as weimaraner muzzles too :)) Oh, and for 50 cents, how could you pass them up?

And, a spool. I have a couple of these already, but this one was a jumbo one! Had to add it to my collection.
In addition to all these fun things, I got two other things that I'll show you later on... until next time...Happy Junkin'!

Yard Sale/Flea Market Loot!
So I ventured out of the downtown area to go yard saling and found some cute stuff! I even stopped by the flea market. Several dollars and a half a tank later, here's what I got!
- Two awesome chairs: A little paint and a steam clean and these babies will be perfect for any room
- A great metal milk crate: You can never have enough storage crates :)
- A white pitcher: A classic white pitcher to group with any collection
- Some lace pieces: Just in case.
- Some new tops: Love finding cute clothes for next to nothing!
- A Book: Great for lifts and levels
- Pork Skins: Found a great booth at the flea market that was selling homemade pork skins :) Yum!
So, that was my day, what'd you get??

Barndoors and Beds!
So, I found this awesome door at a antique store a couple of years ago for $40.00 and I couldn't pass it up. So, this is what I did with it! This picture is fairly old and the room design has changed, but you get the idea!
I absolutely love it!
